The initial booking amount is non-refundable for any cancellations.

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

* 50% of the trip cost for cancellations made 30 days before the start date of the trip,

* 75% of the trip cost for cancellations made 15-30 days before the start date, and

* 100% of the trip cost for cancellations made within 0-15 days of the start date.

Unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions may result in activity cancellations, and the operator will provide an alternate feasible activity. No refund will be provided for cancelled activities.
